most of the candidates dorikedhi ikkade......Phone interview lo nee agrresiveness chuse teesukuntaru....thinking that such kind of attitude will fit in to their team...and idhi correct....bcoz nijanga intv chesevadu just logical scenarios midha q's adigi they'll take ur opinion on how u'll solve..(except some desi bastards who solely ask what is encapsulation....what is inheritance...book definition candidates).......

there are 3 types of people.....

 

1)fresher----veediki rsume morph cheyyadam valla most of the time he needs dubbing(by saying that im not supporting that act)...

2)experienced guy buy interview ante bayam cannot make it in interview but work wise strong....(sare wild card entry laga veediki kuda dubbing avasaram....and he  works hard when he gets into the job)

 

3)ee moodo category lo unde langa badcow'lu veelaki neither subject radhu ledha nerchukovali ane asakthi undadhu.....veediki dubbing tho ne agadhu....office lo kuda pani ela eggotali ani chustahdu......mostly ilanti valle doriki fire ayyedhi....
