At least 3+ years of experience working with any monitoring tool and should have been involved right from creation of test scripts to performance monitoring

Should have performance testing and performance monitoring experience of Java based applications

Should have experience with any other performance test tools (Loadrunner, Jmeter, etc)

Experience with Weblogic and websphere servers monitoring

Experience in monitoring tools CA Wily Introscope or Dynatrace

Experience with performance analysis of various Java parameters and should have identified bottlenecks and done root cause analysis

Should have been involved in live performance monitoring

Experience with Frontend web page components performance analysis is a must

Coordinating with client team and application teams for the report presentations

Tool evaluation, recommendation and installation, set up configuration, and deployment

Should have excellent skills in Performance Tuning of Java applications
