Kforce Vendor Torture Help

Hi Bhaya's,

 

I applied for a position in AUSTIN TX. ma friend already pani chestunnadu same project lo and got my interview also scheduled for tomm. K-force made me sign on an RTR form during submission. kforce calling me now and saying we dont work with  your employer bcoz he comes under DNU (do not use) antha....other vendor through slide avudam anukuntey MTR addu vostundi.

 

so kforce voodu only 1 option echadu: transfer ur h1b to our company or else get lost antunnadu....Manchi req bhaya's...pakka job vostundi...billing kooda 85 undi

 

my questions are:

 

1. Has anyone heard about this DNU?

2. How can i overcome this situation?

he will be a layer between your company and client

client wil pay to layer

layer will pay to your company

your company will pay you

 

talk to your employer he will help you on this one

tell him you need this job under any circumstances and its your dream job. talk to him like you really want this job

1. layer ni any supporing docs adigithey?

2. h1b ammendment appudu yella?
