Hi AFDB experts , 

nenu onka desi consultancy nunchi h1 apply chestunanu , and i cracked a full time intervw today with AT&T  and they are asking me how soon can i join ani .

SO my question is how soon can i move to new employer , if my h1 is approved by april end.

If you have chance for applying H1 next year also ( I mean inka OPT extension vunte), you can change to your new employer when ever you want as you will be in OPT and ATT vadini H1 apply cheyamani cheppadam next year.

 

If that is not the case and this is your last for H1B, then I would suggest you wait until you get approval from U S C IS, and then make a move. so ATT can apply for H1 transfer and you can get approval normally since it is just a transfer. Once the H1 transfer is complete only then resign this desi consultancy and accept the job at ATT... ATT vadu transfer apply chesinanta mathrana approve avvali ani ledhu so... just wait until the transfer is complete.

Thnks Rayudu , This is my last oopt and its end date is april 31 , if i aply on april 1st when can i expect the decision form USSSCIIS and how soon can i move to ATT . do i need to wait untill october or ....

this is not correct.....H1 transfer oct kante munde pettukovachu...

pettukovadu ani nenu cheppale kada brother....kani att ki athanu job start cheyatam matram Oct 1st nunche possible...if he move on from the current employer, he wudn't file his H1 now. Even if he files, he wouldn't hold his H1B when manodu is taking att full time.

I strongly recommend to go with your Desi employer. There are some chances of risk in the full time . 

If you want to keep your life in to risk go ahead with ATT. 

If you succeed  you are the man, if you fail  you will be lesson to the others  by ruining your life and career. 

Incase full time job poyna market lo chala mandhi consultancies ready ga untaru ninnu immediate ga push cheyadaniki. 

I heard that ATT jobs are just like Government jobs in India. always inthe safe  hands during the contract . I am not sure about the full time positions in ATT.
