In what seems to be a new record for sale of tickets in Tollywood. A die hard US based fan of Balakrishna shelled out a mind boggling $1116 (US Dollar) to buy a ticket for the special fan premier show of the film to be held in Dallas. It is a new record for a ticket price in Telugu cinema. 

It just goes to show the kind of following Balakrishna enjoys among his fans. A digital print of the movie itself costs about Rs 30,000. So to shell out almost Rs 67,000 for a ticket is clearly unheard off, at least in Tollywood. Balakrishna's films generally do not do very well in USA when compared to the likes of Mahesh Babu and Pawan Kalyan, so this piece of news just re affirms the following that the actor enjoys among his fans. 

The film is set for release on April 28. The film is awaiting the completion of censor formalities. Anil Sunkara, Ram Achanta and Gopi Achanta are producing the movie under the 14 Reels Entertainment Banner. 
 

 

Sonal Chauhan and Radhika Apte are playing the lead in this high octane political drama directed by Boyapati Srinu.
