recently joined new project in that also one mngr n I who are in equal position for time being ..I had to work hard to get my visa transferred ..he felt insecured n started trying get surpressed by his talk in today meeting..I thought its new thought it will be ok but because of this I felt devastated.

 

on previous projects i have already seen worse just because of their jealous..

 

I wanna leave everything and live peaceful life..

 

have you ppl faced same situations what you will do?

 

 

 just leave n find a new job....or accept the situation and deal with it.....either way you r right....
