One of the finest actors in India, Kamal Hassan has received Padma Bhushan award from the President of India (Pranab Mukherjee) in a ceremony that was held in Rashtrapathi Bhavan.

 

Speaking to the media after the function, Kamal said "I’m proud to be an Indian and im happy that the government of India has recognized my contributions to Indian cinema. This award made me more responsible and it will remembered as a special moment in my life".

 

Fans of Kamal Hassan have expressed their happiness that and said that Kamal Hassan deserved Padma Award.
