Now that AP has been bifurcated, hyd lo real estate paristiti enti?
Will be go up as confusion has been cleared or will be slowed down as SA people will tend to not invest anymore? (Its a fact that Hyd real estate boom has happened only bcoz of SA investors and projects by SA people)

Hard core SA people badha lo untaru but aa badha lo HYD inka sanka naipoyinatte lanti dialogues veyakandi as thats not the fact.

Reading some articles on leading business editions that HYD is currently the cheapest among top 7 cities in the country. Values are evaluated to be very low compared to any other cities in the country due to telangana tangle. Now that it is cleared, there might be price adjustment which would hike the prices little bit but growth might be slow here on once the rates are corrected ani rastunnaru

If you ask me , very very less impact.

 

it will be as it is for next 1 year and after that u will see a rapid growth in real estate in HYD. neither SA people or people from other state's , nobody is going to leave HYD.
