BikerBoy Posted March 31, 2014 Report Posted March 31, 2014 Too many topics on this! Haters never stop hating...you pls continue @TS...Hyd is/was/will be glorious man considering RealEstate part.....Price value thaggindhi anedhi very minimal...that too only flats(Not plots) in very few areas I am really happy that a decision is made! be it in favor of TG or SA The situation was like.... there were no transactions coz of the uncertainty but price never went down once the decision was made, I have witnessed huge number of plot registrations(atleast near my area) and people suffered a lot since Document writers went on a strike against KirKuRe uncle's decision to prepare docuemnts at Mee-seva, all the document writers however were much busy after that only thing is...it take atleast 6 months after elections/ tg formation for the prices to go up P.S: irrespective of those 6 months i mentioned, if you consider Metro train related areas, and there is a place called "Aadibatla" which is now considered as next Hitech city in which tcs has already started functioning and CTS main branch(biggest in Hyd) construction is almost done...there are many other companies who just started their buildings....you can estimate the boom in these 2 mentioned areas

Full confusion.. andharu elections tarwatha good antunnaru.. bro..which area is that? if that's a non metro-train related area...I too suggest to wait atleast for 6 months. Because...I am sure you can buy it at the same rate after 6 months and you can save interest on that money If you already have a plot and planning to build house...go ahead
