r u getting hens from forest or naturally grown ?

they are fed with chemicals nothing is natural in this county

100% agreed u need to feed ur muscle instantly after workout all other food are slow digesting carbs can't serve the purpose ..

I avoid protien shakes if they are taken without right priportion to carbohydrates and other diet


You are screwed because they will rise high cholestral levels and eventually high risk of kidney failures

And most recently too

Physcians are highly suggesting that cancer risk has increased double since the protiens consumption is doubled..... Many of them are ending up in osteoporosis and stones

Protien shakes ki tagga proportion lo time ki workout cheskopothe .. Additional protiens antha adipose tissue lo fat ayyi cherutudhi

There is thin line between shakes/ workouts/ regular diet

Physician observation lo vundali

Always remember balance between folic acid b 12 and iron shouldnt be disturbed by your body spending additonal time and amino acids in synthesizing proteins

whats pure myth ???

Anything that is above the limit and not properly consumed end up as toxic .... That is how ketones the kidney stones fetch the protien from... It is been suggested by doctors more than a decade now
