endhulo thiskunnav bhayya nuvvu home loan..?? nenu oka 40-45 lakhs petti illu kondham ani chusthunna.. oka 10 lakhs downpayment chestha.. migitha 35 lakhs ki loan isthara opt midha unte..??

 

2 years nundi working and continuous ga paystubs avanni unnai.. ekkada try cheyyali koncham info ivvu baa please

one more point...OPt or h1 they won't bother...they need valid employment, paystubs..etc..that is what i came to know from the experience..I got very recently less than a month..I'm in OPT

India lo property kosam aithe easy just  paystubs and w2 thone ma frens OPT lo teesukunnaru HDFC, ICCI lo  . US loni aithe kastam ma friends opt mida try cheste mortgage ki 10gey annaru most of the banks. So vallu H1 vache varaki lite teesukunnaru...

Nope ivvaru... OPT is a non-immigrant visa and H1 is a immigrant visa... so OPT lo no chance... prior to 2007 work ayyedi... now a days car konataniki kuda OPT lo untey loan only OPT time ki istam antunnaru.... vallu kuda nerchukunnaru manolla telivi debbaki...
