Hrithik Roshan's penchant for perfection is a common knowledge now. However this time it costed him his health. He is playing an obese man in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Guzaarish and so as to attain a figure that of an obese he started eating unhealthy. So much so that his waist reached a size 36. But what was alarming was that his cholesterol and triglyceride levels shot up so high, doctors told him to cut down on the fatty foods. Hrithik quickly heeded the doctor's advice. Once shooting was over, he promptly put himself on a diet. He's now back to his old self and looks smashing, as usual.
