I've personally seen rotting dead bodies in vacant lands in villupuram (near to chennai) in 2009. 

 

I'm talking of dalits. the top races can go fcuk themselves.

 

they are routinely attacked, threatened, not given financial power, in a few districts in TN.

 

I have no reason to believe AP is any different. Northern India is better in treating dalits.
