my fiancee company vallu echh 1 apply chesaru and application reach aindhi april 1st. Problem enti ante, vallu ivvala job lo nunchi testhunammu ani cheparu...next friday last day....so ippudu emaina options unaya? ....vere job techukunte echh1 approve ayye lopu, ila work out avuthunda?? 

 

she is transportation engineer....software kadu...

H1 apply chesaru kadha...adhi approve ayedhaaka i can take vacation....ani...once approved she will move onto another company...

ee gap lo aameki opt extn undi untadhi kabatti...get cap gap i20..and keep working till oct ...then move this h1 to new company..

okavela premium kakaptey....immediate ga premium cheyinchandi..so tht decision april end kalla vasthundi

 

it requires a lot of convincing stuff...depends on the company hr...

if you can get them to stay calm...till her thing is approved...then all is ok.

Tell her to discuss the pending h1b petition in processing with Hr manager and request for any possible extension ...even without pay is ok...until h1b is approved...

As said above upgrade to premium asap by talking to artorney and employer...if its normal processing now...

If its already premium u may be lucky if u get approval earlier without any RFEs...
