vaallu revoke cheste prob vundadu... as long as u have applied for a transfer and got it approved... elago OPT Oct16th varaku vundi kaabatti... she can start working for FT on that OPT ... and once u get the previous H1 approved, u can apply for a H1 transfer with FT job ... she can continue working meanwhile...

emo ... aaah situation lo best decision telvadu kaani... RFE padithe yee client daggara working ani aapati current docs pettali... but current vaadu FT kabatti neeku aah option vundadu... appudu em cheyyalo telvadu... may be convince the FT guy to hire you as corp to corp until they can file you a H1 transfer... thats the only logical legal possible sensible solution i see at that point...
