Sftp Through Winscp Help Plz?

Hello babulu...

 

I have some problem logging through sftp server using winscp.

 

Nenu idhe modati sari ee tool use cheyyadam

 

I Can able to go to root directory...but child folder ki velthe login error vastindi..

 

This is the error

 

Cannot get real path for '/TEST/ToTEST'.
General failure (server should provide error description).
Error code: 4
Error message from server: Folder not found: /TEST/ToTEST

 

ToTEST folder is available in the respective sftp erver. But Y this error...?

If you have access to actual unix server, check the permissions on that folder. If you dont have the permissions, use chmod command. You will be able to get to the folder.

Folder path tapanukunta.......it doensot show any permission issue...its show that folder is not found...

try accessing the server via putty......and try to connect to folder via command line.......it may be helpful

no one can connect root in sftp winscp
