I am into fitness since 8yrs now what I say is never diet eat small meals like 6 times a day....and do workout 6 days a week.....wt training 3 days and cardio 3 days chalu more than enough.......

 

do you alternate cardio or how u do it??

avvi follow avadam waste bossu just do wt trainign 3 days and try power yoga will definetly see the difference....

alternate days bro i do power yoga one day and one day of wt training shoulders oka roju....chest and tricepts one day.....lats and biceps one this shuould work........

6 weeks time table vesuko.... no fat food atall just 6 spoons of olive oil a. Half avocado antey....this and fish oil should be ur fat source. ... 7 meals a day.... nee fat intake 5% chesuko.... carbs only clean carbs.... and do HITT every day for 6 weeks .... this will work ... again can't guarantee .. depends on individual metabolism .... i if it can't for take help of fitness nutritionist. ..100$ per one session go for 6-8 sessions..

constantly keep firing the fire macha or else it will go off same rule applys to human metabolism also..
