constantly keep firing the fire macha or else it will go off same rule applys to human metabolism also..

correct baa weekends are too facked up... but i will try to eat brown rice and veggies or whole wheat past out side also..

Daily 1 mile min run chesi fat food maney fat enduku taggado chusta

1 mile chala takkuva, we don't even sweat.
A 30 min cardio is minimum which translates to 2.5 to 3 miles. That's a good run.

100 pushups 150 crunches before u sleep thats it and run 1 mile every day

2 eggs and fruit salad milk for bf


Eat salads for lunch

Drink cocnut drink --- costco bjs lo dorukuthai

Eat some fruits

Grilled chicken sanwich for dinner and one more coconut

Butter milk


And drink water full glass every 50 minutes


Run 4 miles cardio or do 250 pushups


No to soda cheese rice and malaysia desi chapathi and fries like potato dondakai etc

how to get rid of belly fat .............. chaala try chesa em work out avvatle e madya 

 

 

            nbk2l.gif  diet cheyyi .. cut junk food , rice maneyyi ani cheppakandi ... already 30 pounds tagganu ( doing diet and cardio daily ) kani belly fat inka koncham vundi entha try diet , gym chesina no use .

 

dude enni abs chestav man, neeku seriously taggali ani unte, atleast oka 1000 cheyyi per day, chala fast ga results kanpistayi..just abs constant ga cheyyalevu, so simple work outs like biceps triceps etc kuda cheyyi combined ga, easy kakapoina it will work out for sure...ATB

also anni abs asalu ela cheyyagalam lanti tokkalo questions adagoddu man, I use to do atleast 600 abs per day, ee madhya time leka limited to 300, but anyway nuvvu easy ga cheyyagalav, not a big deal, the whole point is how much u could stretch ur stomach muscles, no matter which kind of abs u do..atb dude
