I Used to work through CTS. They are correct. Picchha work. They wont bother about your personal life. They want the work to be done on time, whatever happens to you doenst matter. Worst experience ever. I came out of it because i could not take it any more

Mamulu saava thengudu kaadu........ naa friend gaadu 2 yrs back join ayyadu..... 6 months + contract to perm kinda...... he worked 55+ hrs per week.... pay matram regular 40 hrs per week ichevaaru anta..... pani baaga cheyinchukuni 3 months lo bayataki tengaru papam veedini.......

Frankly speaking - Main reason for this is our indians. They changed the culture of work there. They expect us to work even after going back home after 8 pm.

 

Manam 10 ki padukunte papam. Client call 10 O clock in the night ante just think at what peaks the work is
