CHANDIGARH: Soon after Team India's defeat in World T20 final, security was beefed up around the house of cricketer Yuvraj Singh here on Sunday night.

Reports of stone pelting at Yuvraj's house were received at the police control room following which heavy police force from Manimajra police station rushed to the spot. Sources in the police control room said unidentified youths in three different cars created ruckus outside the cricketer's house.

SHO of PS Manimajra, inspector Charanjeet Singh, said a patrolling gypsy was deployed near Yuvraj's house following the incident.
