2004 elections appudu state budget chaala surplus undi but CBN enduku elanti padakaalu announce cheyyaledu. Babu was more focused on the corporate side.

2004 is last year he is in power........aa state budget build avadaniki it take ime kada.....CBN time lo kuda padakaalu vunaay.......dwacra,cheyutha,deepam,rythu mitra,pension etc.....but I agree they are less in terms of amount compared during YSR rule......BUt so did the price rise is also more.......

administration wise, infrastructure wise future ni dhrushti lo petukoni baaga develop chesindu

 

Agriculture: YSR

 

I have witnessed officers taking away motors of farmers for not paying current bills during CBN period whereas YSR concentrated more here

 

Corruption: Both(may be ysr period lo ekkuva)

 

Schemes: most of ysr schemes were like people getting everything for free n making them more lazy(unlike aarogya sri, 108), CBN period lo una schemes were meaningful.

YSR batiki unte TDP/TRS kali aypothunde anaedhi possible kadhu. TDP lost 2009 only because of PRP.  Any day opposition will build power and replace ruling party.  TDp got  replaced in 2004. Congress would have got replaced in 2014. who knows.
