MLA,Minister ga chesina.....YSR ane peru ekkuvaga vinadhi from 2003 from his padayatra.........2004 lo TDP medunna 10 years anti-incumbency factor.......6 years of drought tho he came to power.......when YSR came to power he had about 60K crore state budget in khazana,Globalization has kicked off well in andhra,state has decent infrastructure,all his term has 5 years of rain.......All YSR did is spend money from treasury and give freebies ( Ade okka YSR goppatanam ela avuthadhi,evadayena ivvageladu ).......Opposition lo vunapudu he didnt have oppositions parties like ysrcp,PRP ,TRS.......so all anti-incumbency votes will transfer to his party......

 TDP loki raakamunde he is MLA,Minister.......chaala mandi 1994 TDP victory just NTR valla anukuntaaru......1989-1994 madhyalo NTR hardly attended assembly.....It is CBN who build the grassrootlevel cadre for TDP........Mama ne venupotu podichi power loki vachesadantaaru.......But CBN is offered PM of india which is much more influencial than CM of state.......CBN power loki vachinappudu AP has 8K crore budget.....no major infrastructure....not mojar colleges......first time CM ga kakunda CEO type lo he governed....India lo ne one of best CM ga  all over india peru.....Longest CM in andhra.......he brought investments.....Even opposition ga vunapudu kuda,he had huge competation from TRS in TG......PRP,YSRCP in andhra.....But still he is leading  a regional party...........

About Budget :

Maverick23 sir, Budget lo CBN edo podichadu,YSR edo podichadu antunnaru. It is not just one person's accountability.

In 20th century every state had increase in thier budget & infrastructure was grown rapidly. Check our AP's neighboorhood states budget etc for any clarity.

 

About Grassroot level Cadre for TDP:

If it CBN is super in building grassroot level cadre then he would have not lost his election personlly when he was in congress.

Because of CBN's lack of credibility people did not trust TDP in 2004 & 2009. 

NTR is great leader on whose image still the TDP is surviving.

 

 

 

Budget Estimate 1994-95 (K. ROSAIAH)

 

64. For the financial year 1994-95, the revenue deficit is estimated at Rs. 703.66 crores. However, taking the overall transactions of the year the deficit is estimated to be Rs. 186.90 crores. With the opening balance of (-) Rs. 109.66 crores, the financial year is expected to end with a negative balance of Rs. 296.45 crores taking into account the totality of budgeted transactions for the financial year 1994-95.

 

BUDGET ESTIMATE 1995-96(N. CHANDRABABU NAIDU)

During the financial year 1995-96, we have programmed for an expenditure of Rs.10459.75 crores under non/Plan and Rs.3159 crores under State Plan. This will result in a revenue deficit of Rs.925.37 crores. After taking into account the additional resource mobilization measures indicated earlier, the revenue deficit will reduce to Rs.714.37 crores. After taking into account the overall transactions of the year, we will have a net surplus of Rs.62.64 crores. With the opening balance of (-) Rs.103.72 crores, the financial year is expected to end with a negative balance of Rs.41.08 crores.

This will result in a revenue deficit of Rs. 2131.58 crores, which would be 1.17 percent of GSDP. After taking into account the overall transactions of the year, we will have a net deficit of Rs. 13.74 crores. The financial year is expected to end with a positive balance of Rs.33.77 crores.

108. During the financial year 2003-04 it was programmed for an expenditure of Rs. 35,934.62 crores under non-plan and Rs. 15,207.87 crores under plan. This will result in a revenue deficit of Rs. 1,970.50 crores, which would be 0.97 percent of GSDP. The fiscal deficit is estimated to be Rs. 7,569.99 crores, which would be 3.74 percent of GSDP. After taking into account the overall transactions of the year, we will have a net deficit of Rs. 30.40 crores. The financial year is expected to end with a negative balance of Rs. 49.91crores. 

 

 

BUDGET ESTIMATES 2009-10 (K. ROSAIAH)

45.  For the financial year 2009-10, it is programmed for an expenditure of Rs.1,03,485.33 crores out of which Rs.63,301.22 crores under non-plan and Rs.40,184.11 crores under Plan. It is estimated that the revenue surplus would be Rs.2,406 crores. The fiscal deficit is estimated to be Rs.16,162 crores, which would be 3.96 percent of GSDP.
