What about common man? He never obeys traffic rules. Skips fine by bribing police. Robs govt off tax money in many ways one of which is undervaluing land registrations. Isn't a common man corrupt?

We'll said. But I don't think Kejri would question the common man. He needs their votes so he puts the entire blame on so called corrupt politicians. Aren't people robbing govt off tax money in any way possible? Why can't Kejri ask people to contribute their share to the society.

When we go beyond speed limits on High way ....only one will be caught rest all are lucky 

 

Here 2 things most ppl will fear speeding and most ppl hope they will escape

 

But there is simple way to control ..Almost every Car has GPS and Govt. can link GPS to their system thus by pre waring them not speed up

 

But they don't do it... ..and u see speeding cars . accidents/ fines / licence revoke etc
