Help Required For Parents Visiting Visa...

I am planing to get my parents to USA and i have already filled out DS160 forms for both individually.

Do i need to create with 2 separate Id's for VISA appointment dates also for mom and dad? or just 1 log in is enough to take visa appointment as group or so? Please help me....

Another thing is, anni documents scan chesi send cheystey chala? akkada color print outs tesukoni VISA ki pothey is enough? or we need to send it by courier for sure??

my parents had no access to email/internet so i mailed all the docs to india. inlaws ki chesinappudu everything scanned and sent email. they took printouts
