Just an opinion: H1B visas total quota whatever it is first they should remove the Master's guys from the quota and give it to all those have a degree from U.S.A or they should let all Master's guys who studied in U.S.A fill out and then only accept all the off-shore, spouses, L1 etc visas. 

 

Reason: After spending so much money on tuition, living, paying taxes during the studies, kooli pani, risky jobs, away from parents and what not I thought it is reasonable to do that way. 

 

Note: Not to hurt others but priority should be given to those invested and paid taxes for number of years.Let's try for a healthy discussion.
