Audit padite 1 to 1.5 years

 

 

Step 2: I140 (Cost around 1000$)

 

Approval ki 6 months to 1 year

 

 

Step 3: I1485 (Cost around 1500 for lawyer)

 

But I1485 can be filed only when the priority date (your PERM filing date) is current

Priority date is the date on which your PERM is filed. For example nee PERM Feb 10 2012 na file aite.. That is your priority date.  So EB2 category ni USCIS Feb 10 2012 ki move chesinappudu you can file your I485. Till then you have to wait.

No till you get I485 stage your travel is linked to your H1 not GC.. so you can travel depending on your H1 status..
