1. Wait till memorial day; you will get great deals on that day

2. Only negotiate on on road price: should be 2-3k less

My experience:-

1.first go and visit the show room.

2.I will get back ani cheppi vachayyi. 

3.He will call you back in another couple of days. dont show interest on the car. Tell its very expensive and out of budget

4. Let him  know that you already have a car, this is for your wife or daily commute to office or for your brother. tell your price less than 15%-20% of  the price. Lets say. 38k annav kada. Quote it for 34k  . 

5. After few days he will get back to you , he cannot give for that price but he can give another car for that  price.

6. Say strongly you want the same car for 34k. other wise tell him to leave if the company is not willing to give. 

7. be patient and in another few couple of days he will call you back saying congragulation. My manager is willing to give only for you based on this terms and conditions.

8.Go to show room and tell strongly you are willing to take the car , but you dont agree if he is putting any extra fittings or terms and conditions.  

9. be strong and sign it .

10. Next day , you will be driving your dream car

But process may take more than 15 days but its worth to save more than 3000$. 

I bargained 4000$ on my honda accord car. come up close to 3500$ profits. I am happy about the price. Same car my frnds bought by paying the same 3500$ more by ending time and patience.

If you have patience and wanna save time. follow the above process,dftly you will be saving some amount of money

For example 2014 model 38k MSRP ute vadini enthaki adagali... 

i went to bargain for a mustand he said 27k..i pulled it 23.5k..

u tell him one rate..and fix aipo anthey..thts it..

vallu 10$ 5$ ki kuda beram adhtharu..
