Yes. When you change your residential address you need to fill AR11. Does not matter whether you are one f1 or h1 or l1 or gc. I did this last time I changed my address

1) DS156 and DS157 applications with the photograph.
2) Passport with the old H1b visa stamping and the Visa fee receipt.
3) Letter from my client mentioning that I will return back and continue to work on the project.
4) Offer letters and the relieving letters of all the companies that I have worked.
5) All the degree cetificates along with the mark sheets including the diploma cetrificates and computer certifications.
6) My W2 (tax filing document) for the last 3 years
7) Six months of pay stubs
8) six months of bank statements
9) AR11 form (proof of my change of address)
10) U.S driving license to show the proof of my current address.
11) Birth Certificate.

Stamping Appudu peddaga pattichukodu. But cheppalem. Rule is rule. GC Appudu problem avvochu. You can file at anytime. It just takes 15 mins of your time.
