Director Gautham Menon is planning to remake Ye Maya Chesave in Hindi.Director Gautham Menon is in talks with few producers regarding this. Trisha already acted in Tamil version of the same movie.

To keep the nativity intact he is thinking of casting Trisha again in this role since most of the North Indian heroines do not have the South Indian looks. Sources say that several heroes are queuing up to star in this film, but Gautam Menon is eyeing Ranbhir Kapoor.
