New I94 Process Question

Hi Frndz,

I have a question...

The new process of I94 is we need not fill the form while getting down.

Its online right.. So we need to take print out from online.

 

I did this, but i noticed today that there is an expiration date on the top right side.

 

The question is...

the expiration on it is 11/2014 and my H1 b visa expires on 05/2015.

 

What does that indicate??

check if your passport expired in Nov. If so your i94 will be until 2014 only.

Nee LCA file chesina date edi undo akada nundi 3 years as far as i know(if nee H1 visa 3 years avute)

ne visa exp date or passport exp date untadi which ever comes first..

as said earlier..passport expires on jan 2016 and visa expires on may 2015

Nee LCA file chesina date edi undo akada nundi 3 years as far as i know(if nee H1 visa 3 years avute)

 

I guess naa LCA May 2012 lo file chesaru..... so 3 yrs antee 2015 daka ravaleee kada....

Contact CBp or go to India / canada / Jamaica .. It will automatically clear ..

My friend wife who should be H4 wrongly entered as H1 at Poe .. They noticed when they went to apply Dl ...

Once after she travelled her visa got corrected

i went to the CBP deferred inspection office in houston to correctmy DOB and took another colleagues wife to correct her end date.

 

in saltlake i just called the CBP office and they corrected my wifes name after i mailed them the documents

so i have a question here. na previous emp visa stamp expires in sep'2014 , and I xferred my visa to a new emp in june last year and travelled to indina last nov. Last I checked my i94 exp data is same as the visa exp on my pp. But I have a new petition with validity upto sep'2016 which i showed at the poe too, but my i94 still shows sep'2014. Is it normal ? and am planning to travel to india this month too.

same case naadi...but i got i94 date matching dates on my new petition not my visa on PP. May be when you come  back this time, contact them and correct it if they give as per PP visa.
