ennnna chata Posted April 13, 2014 Report Posted April 13, 2014 so i have a question here. na previous emp visa stamp expires in sep'2014 , and I xferred my visa to a new emp in june last year and travelled to indina last nov. Last I checked my i94 exp data is same as the visa exp on my pp. But I have a new petition with validity upto sep'2016 which i showed at the poe too, but my i94 still shows sep'2014. Is it normal ? and am planning to travel to india this month too. Bayya nadhi same case entered dec 2012 with previous employer and I94 date till dec 2013 kani new employer transfer loo vachi I 94 untill 2015 reflect katlaledhu ee site la https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/request.html Niku kuda alane vundha ?
