Do We Need To Have H1B Stamp To Get Parent Visa

I am planning to apply visa for my parents but I am on H1 and did not go to stamping yet. So Do I need to have stamp before my parents going to visa? Please help me if you have any idea.

u are in valid status man..u dont need stamping..

u can invite parents..with your valid documentation..
