Shah Rukh Khan has retracted his statement, that he would dance naked if his IPL team Kolkata Knight Riders reaches the finals. The statement had caused much controversy and could have even landed him behind bars, even if he didn't really dance. However, his latest tweets may have just saved him from a lot of legal trouble. Shah Rukh tweeted "read in some paper that i can be taken to court for my dancing in the buff statement at ipl. when will ppl develop a sense of humour!!! getting my knee fixed. have to start action again. will be bak with soon. love u all. from now on i am also bathing with my clothes on ha ha"

What Shah Rukh possibly did not realise when he made the statement was that he can be prosecuted for making irresponsible statements to the country's youth, and for insulting the modesty of any righteous girl, as even women heard the comment. If it is proved that he had no intention of dancing naked even when he made the statement, then he can be prosecuted for cheating the public into supporting his team. That would be a criminal offence under Section 415 of the IPC.

If he really danced, then it can be termed an obscene act in public and can be punished under Section 294 of the IPC. And dancing in front of the camera will be a more serious offence.
