that's why need a new term which means "to avoid Hindu religious laws in governance", rather than 'secularism - which means avoid christian laws in govt'.

so you are saying India laws are good, but lacks in implementation. I don't think so.

 

India's laws are what choke India from being competitive. Thank god for corruption. If India started to implement laws with more precision, India will become a horrible place to live.

 

forget criminal law, look at the recently minted RTE law. After 2 years no one knows how to comply with that law. 1000s of Hindu schools are being closed every month for non-compliance. If the law is applied in full effect, more than 90% of Hindu schools will disappear in a year.

 

what about Labour Law. I sold a potentially incredibly profitable business last year. One of the reasons, I was scared of complying with that law in the future.

 

Even financial regulations. It shows deep distrust of society by its elite. Then there's breast beating about how awesome RBI saved India from global financial meltdown.

 

That's why I am against parties that run on the platform of corruption. Its probably the biggest saver of India.
