For ex: localised referundums for important questions, like creation of Telangana without central govt's involvement. 2. Massive tax on inheritance. Atleast 50% tax on inheritances above a certain limit. lets say 1 crore, Including the value of the estate being transferred. Excellent suggestions. I am all for it.
