3 months back start iyindi .. winter ki vastadi ani evado p na ko cheppadu ..sare light teskunna ... eppudu inka severe avthundi ..

its serious.....try to avoid sleeping on bed....kindha paduko....try for 1 week...or else...consult DOC.....

 

lower back ayithey inka serious issue.....

for every 30mins stand and take a small walk...edigo walk ani oka kilometer velaku oka 5-6 steps vesi malli kurcho....

yeah mayya 5 kg periga last 6 mnths lo ... may be andukae anukunta ..
