Best thing is sleep on floor. In india I used to sleep on mattress put on cot. I neved had issues. After coming to US I bought bed with boxpspring. In one month I started getting back pain, then I donated this bed and started sleeping on floor. Then all my friends coming to my house started questioning on why I am sleeping on floor [they thought I am too conjuice to spend $500]. One of my friend suggested tempuepedic, it costed $2000. I thought I would better get it so that I can avoid being called Conjuice. But even tempurpedic, didn't help me. I was still getting back-pain. Since then I am sleeping on floor. I did keep the bed though to avoid unnecessary comments from friends :-) Sad story in short..
