The cine folks say that the net asset value of Chandramohan stands at Rs 300 crores. While this might sound unbelievable they have an explanation for that. It is heard that Chandramohan was very close to the late Sobhan Babu. Though they belong to different castes, Chandramohan was almost a family person for Sobhan Babu. Sources say that with his guidance Chandramohan bought lands and earned nearly 300 crores. Today, the senior actor has got properties in Chennai.
