Powershell script undi na deggara...

 

it runs a job, captures the log, filters the needed detail (Like IP Address fo generated VM, and Status: Running)

 

adi sends the mail everyday at 5AM once the machiens are ready..

 

Task Scheduler to batch file petteste..adi run avvagane mails vellipotai...

 

no need of outlook client also...

customize it accordingly..  all u need is Outlook Exchange server name or IP..whcih is easy to get..
