Nenu oka empoyer daggara 7-8 months nunchi bench meeda vunna with paying taxes for paychecks. So nenu last month vere employer chetha marketing chebinchukunna and last week project vachindi. 

 

SO ippudu new employer nee LCA approve ayyaka chebudugani old employer ki antunnadu so maa paata employer ki problem em vundadu kada nenu ee project lo join ayithe without informing him.

Nee old employer ki nee new H1B approve ayyaka cheppu..receipt notice tho cheppadhu...neeku project ledhu kabatti they don't know anything about ur new project with new employer..now a days employers are revoking the H1B visa very quickly..So be in safe side tell them after the approval of New H1B only...If you have any more questions let me know..ATB
