yes man, mana immune system lo B cells ani untayi man, epudu raani infections first time vocchinappudu, immune system takes time (10-15 days) to prepare antibodies and counter act antigens.  ah B cells lo oka group of clones memory cells ga form avthayi, which are suitable for a secondary attack, which means second time body ni attack chesinapudu ah memory cells instant ga respond avthayi(first time attack laga 10-15 days setting time akkarledu), so ur chances of getting a second infection is definitely rare..
