Suppose meeru contracting job chesthunnaru anukondi. meeku same client full time offer chesthu 15% less than Net Income aithe in contract  and benefits aithe meeru edhi prefer chestharu.

condition enti ante , client is not willing to negotiate , take it or leave it ante?????

Nenu aithe contracting thone continue avvamantunna???? meeru emantaru janabs!!!!!!!!

please advice with pros and cons.......

candidate ekkada unnadu life lo anadi depends.. if he started now and pelli avvaledu ante contracting ee .. lepothe needs to settle down ante go for FTE..
