If Job is Non-Tech and If you Want to Save Some Money (No State Tax in Seattle) and Also Weather = is OK (6 Months) , Lot of indians/Restaurants, Beautiful Places (Oregon and Washington), Big Purchases in OR (No Sales Tax :P)....ivi + Points...Only - Ve Point: Weather (Atleast 6 Months: Gloomy)....
