Signed Bond For Indian Company... Money Revoke

India nunchi US vache tapudu .. i have signed a bond with indian company stating that I would return to india and serve 6 months notice to them ..

In case of failure .. i have to pay 5k ani undhi bond midha....

Later I have moved to another company by applying new H1 visa .. Ipudu indian Hr nunchi email vachindhi .. I have to pay 5k ani .. 

 

any suggestion pleaes :(
