ani kalipi... Amazon lo oka bottle $10 all mix and alternative days nite massage chesukoni... next day ee shampoo thoo chee mama... shampoo it work well with my hair ... but oils will definitely work with each and every one..

hair dry ga untadi,,,,,manchi cream (koncham wet ga undataniki) cheppandi like india lo bryl cream lantidi,,,,,dandruff raakudadu,hairfall undakunda,,,,,once in 3 days head bath chese la undali.....

Hot oil tho massage ur hair an hour before head bath... Good options: coconut, olive, castor oil etc..
Use hydrating (or whatever type that suits ur hair) shampoo n conditioner... My personal suggestion would be matrix (good) or kerastase (best).. Follow it with matrix serum (tiny amount)
Food also makes hell lot of difference ... Google maadi... Best foods for healthy hair anesi... Chala options vasthayi...

Creams etc ante that would damage ur hair in the long run
