"వైయస్ ఒక్కరే అవినీతికి పాల్పడ్డారా? ఇంకెవరూ తప్పు చేయలేదా? ముఖ్యమంత్రులు, మంత్రుల వారసులు సొమ్ములు బొక్కేయలేదా? జగన్ ఒక్కడే తిన్నాడా?''... ఇవీ కొందరు సంధించే ప్రశ్నలు! నిజమే!రాజకీయ వారసత్వం ఎంత సహజమో... అవినీతి వారసత్వం కూడా అంతే సహజంగా వచ్చిన ఉదంతాలు కోకొల్లలు! కాకపోతే... ఎంత తిన్నారు? ఏ స్థాయిలో బరి తెగించారు? అనేదానిలోనే తేడా! ఆ విషయానికొస్తే... జగన్కు ఎవరూ సాటిలేరనే చెప్పవచ్చు. మీరే చూడండి! తండ్రి అధికారాన్ని అడ్డం పెట్టుకుని నిధుల్ని కైంకర్యం చేయడం, రాజ్యాంగాతీత శక్తిగా మారడం! జాతీయ స్థాయిలోనూ, రాష్ట్ర స్థాయిలోనూ ఈ 'రాజకీయ ఒరవడి'కి ఆద్యులు చాలామందే ఉన్నారు. ఇందిరా గాంధీ అధికారంలో ఉండగా ఆమె కుమారులు, అందులోనూ ముఖ్యంగా సంజయ్ గాంధీ రాజ్యాంగేతర శక్తిగా అవతరించి తల్లిని మించిన అధికారాన్ని చలాయించారు.ఆ రోజుల్లో అవినీతి రాజ్యం ఏలింది. రాజీవ్ గాంధీ అధికారంలోకి వచ్చీ రాగానే తాను 'నిష్కల్మష' నాయకుడినని చెప్పుకున్నారు. జవహర్లాల్ నెహ్రూ కుమార్తెగా ప్రధాని పదవిని చేపట్టిన ఇందిరా గాంధీ తాను నిష్కల్మషమైన నాయకురాలినని ఏనాడూ చెప్పుకోలేదు. పైపెచ్చు 1983లో ఆమె బహిరంగంగానే 'అవినీతి అనేది విశ్వవ్యాప్త ప్రక్రియ' అని ప్రకటించారు. ఆమె ఇచ్చిన ప్రకటన కారణంగానో ఏమో, ఆమె మీద ఆ తరువాత ఎవరూ అవినీతికి సంబంధించిన ఆరోపణ చేయలేదు. తాను అవినీతికి అతీతురాలినని ఆమె ఏనాడూ చెప్పలేదు మరి! కానీ, రాజీవ్ గాంధీ అధికారంలోకి వచ్చీ రాగానే తాను 'నిష్కల్మషమైన నాయకుడిని' అని ప్రకటించారు.1989 నాటి ఎన్నికల్లో బోఫోర్స్ శతఘ్ని ఆయన ప్రభుత్వాన్ని పేల్చేసింది. దరిమిలా, రాజకీయాలు నేర్పిన పాఠమేమిటంటే... నువ్వు అవినీతి పరుడివైనప్పుడు, నీకు అవినీతి అంటే పడదు అని చెప్పుకోవద్దు. సోనియా గాంధీ తన అత్తగారిలా 'అవినీతి చాలా సహజమైన వ్యవహారం' అని చెప్పుకోకుండా... రాజీవ్ గాంధీ నడిచిన ముళ్లబాటలోనే నడిచే ప్రయత్నం చేశారు. 2010 నవంబర్లో సోనియా గాంధీ అలహాబాద్లో ఓ బహిరంగ సభలో మాట్లాడుతూ, 'అవినీతిని మా ప్రభుత్వం భరించలేదు' అని స్పష్టం చేశారు.ఆ తర్వాత ఢిల్లీలో పార్టీ ప్లీనరీ సమావేశంలోనూ అదే విధమైన ప్రకటన చేశారు. అవినీతిపరులు ఎక్కడ ఉన్నా సరే, ఎటువంటి పదవుల్లో ఉన్నాసరే ముఖాముఖి ఎదుర్కోవాలని పార్టీ శ్రేణులకి పిలుపునిచ్చారు. అవినీతిపరుల ఆటకట్టించడంలో తమ పార్టీ, ప్రభుత్వం ఒక్క నిమిషం కూడా ఉపేక్షించదని, అవినీతి వల్ల దేశ పురోగతి దెబ్బ తింటుందని ఆమె నొక్కి చెప్పారు. తాను నిష్కల్మషమైన నాయకుడినని రాజీవ్ గాంధీ ప్రకటించినప్పుడు, ఆయనపై ఎటువంటి అవినీతి ఆరోపణలూ లేవు.కానీ, సోనియా ఆ ప్రకటన చేసినప్పుడు మాత్రం ఆమె పీకల లోతు ఆరోపణల్లో మునిగి తేలుతున్నారు. కామన్వెల్త్గేమ్, ఆదర్శ్, 2జీ స్ప్రెక్ట్రమ్ వంటి ఆరోపణలు అప్పటికే ఆమె చుట్టూ ఉచ్చు బిగిస్తున్నాయి. అసలు ఆమె మీదే లంచాలు, ముడుపులకు సంబంధించిన ఆరోపణలు ఉన్నాయి. స్విస్ బ్యాంక్లో లంచాలు, ముడుపుల కింద ఆమె కుటుంబ సభ్యుల పేరున కోట్లాది డాలర్ల నిధులు మూలుగుతున్నట్టు ఓ స్విస్ మేగజైన్ ప్రకటించింది. అంతేకాదు, ఓ రష్యా పరిశోధనాత్మక పాత్రికేయుడు కూడా ఆమె బ్యాంక్ బ్యాలెన్స్ల గురించి దిగ్భ్రాంతికరమైన విషయాలు వెలుగులోకి తెచ్చాడు.తమ బ్యాంకుల్లో సోనియా గాంధీ కుటుంబ సభ్యుల ఖాతాల్లో సుమారు 220 (రూ. 80,000 కోట్ల రూపాయలు) కోట్ల డాలర్ల నుంచి 1,100 కోట్ల డాలర్ల వరకు నిధులు మూలుగుతున్నట్టు సాక్షాత్తూ స్విస్ బ్యాంకులే బయటపెట్టాయి. ఇవన్నీ అబద్ధాలని ఆమె ఇంతవరకూ చెప్పలేదు. ఆ బ్యాంకుల మీద గానీ, ఆ పాత్రికేయుడి మీద గానీ ఆమె చట్టపరంగా చర్య తీసుకునే ప్రయత్నం కూడా చేయలేదు. అప్పట్లో ఆమె మైనర్ కుమారుడు రాహుల్ గాంధీ పేరు మీద కూడా నిధులున్నట్లు స్విస్ బ్యాంక్ వెల్లడించింది.కొద్ది సంవత్సరాల క్రితం మహారాష్ట్ర కాంగ్రెస్ అధ్యక్షుడిగా వ్యవహరించిన కృపాశంకర్ సింగ్ తన కుమారుడు నరేంద్ర కుమార్ సింగ్ కోసం కొన్ని వందల కోట్ల రూపాయల ఆస్తులు సమకూర్చినట్టు వార్తలు వచ్చాయి. ఆయన ఆ పదవిలో కొద్ది కాలమే ఉన్నా ముంబయ్, పుణేలలో 70 వరకూ ఇళ్లు కొనుగోలు చేశాడు. ముంబయ్లో కీలకమైన, ప్రధానమైన ప్రదేశాల్లో 15కు పైగా స్థలాలను సంపాదించాడు. మహారాష్ట్రలో అనేక ప్రాంతాలలో తోటలు కొన్నాడు.బంగారానికి మితి లేదు. వీటి విలువ రూ. 320 కోట్ల పైచిలుకేనని అప్పట్లో ఈ కేసును పరిశోధించిన ఏసీపీ రాజ్వర్ధన్ సిన్హా వెల్లడించారు. హర్యానా లోక్దళ్ నాయకుడు ఓం ప్రకాశ్ చౌతాలా కూడా తన కుమారులు అజయ్, అభయ్ల కోసం తమ రాష్ట్రాన్ని రూ. 450 కోట్ల రూపాయల మేరకు దోచుకున్నట్టు వెల్లడైంది. అప్పటికి... ఆ రాష్ట్ర బడ్జెట్ కూడా రూ. 450 కోట్లు ఉండదు. ఇక తమిళనాడు రాష్ట్ర సీఎంగా పనిచేసిన కరుణానిధి కుమారులు అళగిరి, స్టాలిన్లు రాష్ట్రాన్ని రెండు భాగాలుగా పంచుకుని, చెరొక వెయ్యి కోట్ల రూపాయల ఆస్తులు సమకూర్చుకున్నట్టు 2008 ప్రాంతంలో వార్తలు వెల్లువెత్తాయి.ఒకప్పుడు కేంద్ర మంత్రిగా పనిచేసిన మురసోలి మారన్ తన కుమారులకు సుమారు రెండు వేల కోట్ల రూపాయల మేరకు ఆస్తులు సమకూర్చిపెట్టినట్టు వెల్లడైంది. ఆయన చలవ వల్లే ఆ తరువాత కేంద్రంలో మంత్రి అయిన దయానిధి మారన్ అవినీతి ఆరోపణల కారణంగానే పదవి నుంచి తప్పుకోవాల్సి వచ్చింది. ఇక సమాజ్వాది పార్టీ అధినేత, ఉత్తర ప్రదేశ్ మాజీ సీఎం ములాయం సింగ్ యాదవ్ కుమారుడు అఖిలేశ్ యాదవ్పైనా ఆదాయానికి మించి ఆస్తులు ఉన్నాయనే ఆరోపణలున్నాయి.ములాయం సీఎంగా ఉండగా అఖిలేశ్ రాజ్యాంగేతర శక్తిగా వ్యవహరించాడని... లక్నో, ఢిల్లీ, ముంబయ్ నగరాల్లో ఇళ్లు, స్థలాలు, పరిశ్రమలు కొనుగోలు చేశాడని రెండేళ్ల క్రితం వార్తాపత్రికలు వెల్లడించాయి. మొత్తం మీద అటు జాతీయ స్థాయిలోనూ, ఇటు రాష్ట్రాలలోనూ తండ్రి అధికారాన్ని అడ్డం పెట్టుకుని కుమారులు కుబేరులైపోవడమో లేక కుమార రత్నాలే తెరవెనుక నుంచి పాలన సాగించి కోట్లు గడించడమో ఓ సహజ విధానంగా మారిపోయింది.అయితే, తేడా ఏమిటంటే, పుత్రరత్నాలంతా తమ సంపాదనని వందల కోట్లకు పరిమితం చేయగా ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్లో మాత్రం వైఎస్ రాజశేఖర్ రెడ్డి పుణ్యమాని ఆయన కుమారుడు దాదాపు లక్ష కోట్ల రూపాయల మేరకు ఆస్తులు సంపాదించుకున్నారంటూ సమాచారం వెల్లువెత్తడం ఓ కొత్త ఒరవడికి నాంది పలికినట్లయింది.

Jagan was formally arrested at around 7.20 pm on Sunday after the end of questioning on the third consecutive day by the CBI at Dilkusha Guest House.He was questioned by the CBI officials in the presence of Jagathi Publications vice-chairman V Vijay Sai Reddy, industrialist Nimmagadda Prasad and senior bureaucrat K V Brahmananda Reddy. All three were already arrested by the CBI in the assets case.Jagan's arrest on Sunday looked imminent when the State police went on high alert at around 4 pm. The city police issued a traffic advisory at around 5.40 pm restricting vehicular movement on Monday on the routes leading to the CBI Special Court located at Criminal Courts Complex at Nampally. The prohibitory orders under Section 144 have already been imposed in several places and YSR Congress workers have been taken into preventive custody in Hyderabad and other districts. Security has also been beefed up outside the Lotus Pond, Jagan's residence.After being informed by the CBI officials that they were arresting Jagan, his mother and Pulivendula MLA Vijayamma, wife Bharathi, sister Sharmila, brother-in-law Anil Kumar and other close relatives came to Dilkhusha Guest House to see him. However, they did not speak to the media after Jagan's arrest.Meanwhile, Home Minister P Sabitha Indra Reddy issued a statement in the evening warning that stringent action would be taken against those who resort to violence. “It is the duty of the government to protect law and order. If anyone, however high and mighty they maybe, breaches the law, they will be punished. We are taking all precautionary measures to see that peace and tranquility is not disturbed”, she said in her statement.After Jagan's arrest, Anakapalle MP Sabbam Hari told reporters that the CBI has informed the family members just 20 minutes before Jagan was formally arrested. They were asked to inform their lawyers about the arrest. He said Jagan has appealed to his supporters to observe peace and restrain. He said Jagan himself has predicted that he would be arrested soon and it was the result of a conspiracy hatched by the Congress, TDP and the CBI.YSRC spokesperson Jupadi Prabhakar Rao said the decision on how to fight the case in the court and how to continue the by-elections campaign would be taken later.

ps02mogudu Posted April 26, 2014 Author Report Posted April 26, 2014 ఆ వారసత్వంలో ఎందరిలోనో జగన్ 'ఒక్కడు'? andhrajyothy:హైదరాబాద్, మే 27: పాపం పండింది. అవినీతి మదగజం కుంభస్థలం మీద కదిలిపోయే పోటు పడింది. చెరగని మచ్చ సాక్ష్యంగా మిగిలింది. తండ్రి అధికారం అండగా అంతులేని అవినీతి సామ్రాజ్యాన్ని సృష్టించిన యెడుగూరి సందింటి జగోన్మోహన్ రెడ్డి చేతికి సంకెళ్ళు పడ్డాయి. ఆదివారం రాత్రి 7.20 గంటలకు జగన్ను అరెస్టు చేసినట్లు సీబీఐ ప్రకటించింది. జగన్ అరెస్టు నేపథ్యంలో రాష్ట్ర వ్యాప్తంగా హైఅలెర్ట్ ప్రకటించారు. ముందు జాగ్రత్త చర్యగా పెద్ద సంఖ్యలో వైఎస్సార్ కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ కార్యకర్తలను అరెస్టు చేశారు.జగన్ అరెస్టుతో దిల్కుషా అతిథి గృహం దద్దరిల్లిపోయింది. అడుగడుగునా పోలీసుల అవరోధానలను అధిగమించి విచ్చేసిన వైఎస్సార్ కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ కార్యకర్తలతో పాటు పెద్ద సంఖ్యలో మోహరించిన మీడియా సిబ్బందితో దిల్కుషా ప్రాంగణం మారుమ్రోగి పోయింది. మరోపక్క నాయకుల హడావుడి వర్ణనాతీతంగా కనిపించింది.ఉదయం నుంచి ఇక్కడే వేచి ఉన్న వైఎస్సార్ కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ నేత, ఎమ్మెల్సీ జూపూడి ప్రభాకర్ రావు 7.40 గంటల ప్రాంతంలో జగన్ అరెస్టుని ద్రువీకరించారు. జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డి వ్యక్తిగత న్యాయవాదిని పిలిచి సీబీఐ జేడీ లక్ష్మీనారాయణ ఈ విషయాన్ని వెల్లడించినట్లు ఆయన చెప్పారు. ఈ విషయాన్ని జగన్ కుటుంబ సభ్యులకు కూడా చేరవేసినట్లు తెలిపారు. అప్పటికే జగన్ మాతృమూర్తి విజయమ్మ, సోదరి షర్మిల, బావమరిది బ్రదర్ అనిల్, భార్య భారతి దిల్కుషా కార్యాలయానికి చేరుకున్నారు.అనంతరం కొద్దిసేపటికి సీబీఐ జేడీ. లక్ష్మీనారాయణ స్వయంగా జగన్ అరెస్టుని ప్రకటించారు. అక్రమాస్తుల కేసులో జగన్ను అదుపులోకి తీసుకున్నట్లు వెల్లడించారు. జగన్పై ఆర్సీ 19 (ఏ) నిబంధన ప్రకారం ప్రాథమిక దర్యాప్తు నివేదిక (ఎఫ్ఐఆర్) నమోదు చేయనున్నట్లు చెప్పారు. అలాగే అవినీతి నిరోధక చట్టంలోని 13(1), 13(2)తో పాటు 120 (బీ), రెడ్విత్ 420, 409, 477 (ఏ) సెక్షన్ల కింద కేసు నమోదు చేసినట్లు పేర్కొన్నారు. రేపు జగన్ను సీబీఐ కోర్టులో హాజరు పరుస్తామన్నారు. ఈ రాత్రికి జగన్ను దిల్కుషాలోనే నిర్బంధంలో ఉంచనున్నట్లు స్పష్టం చేశారు.సహజంగానే జగన్ అరెస్టు తర్వాత రాష్ట్రం యావత్తూ ఉద్రిక్తంగా మారింది. పలు జిల్లాల్లో వైఎస్సార్ కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ కార్యకర్తలు భారీ విధ్వంసానికి పాల్పడినట్లు సమాచారం అందుతున్నది. విజయవాడలో జ్యోతుల నెహ్రూ ఆధ్వర్యంలో కార్యకర్తలు పోలీస్ స్టేషన్ను ముట్టడించారు. పడమటలో ఒక ఆర్టీసీ బస్సుని ధ్వంసం చేశారు. అనంతపురంలో కార్యకర్తలు రిలయన్స్ టవర్కు నిప్పుపెట్టారు. కొన్ని జిల్లాలో పది చోట్ల రాజీవ్ గాంధీ విగ్రహాలు ధ్వంసం చేసినట్లు సమాచారం అందుతున్నది.జగన్ అరెస్టుకి భారీ ఎత్తున రంగం సిద్ధం చేశారు. ముందుగా రాష్ట్ర వ్యాప్తంగా పోలీసు శాఖను అప్రమత్తం చేశారు. ఎలాంటి అవాంఛనీయ ఘటనలకు ఆస్కారం లేకుండా భారీ ఎత్తున భద్రతా ఏర్పాట్లు చేశారు. రాష్ట్ర వ్యాప్తంగా పెక్కు సంఖ్యలో వైఎస్సార్ కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ కార్యకర్తలను అదుపులోకి తీసుకున్నారు. కొండా మురళిని హౌస్ అరెస్ట్ చేశారు.

Party spokesperson Manish Tiwari also dismissed the charge levelled by YSR Congress that Mr Reddy's arrest was the result of a Congress-TDP conspiracy. "If anybody has to make any averment, the appropriate place to do that is the court of law," Mr Tiwari told PTI. "It has been a convention that we (Congress) do not comment on matters which are under investigation or sub-judice," he said. (PTI) Jagan Mohan Reddy was been arrested by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in connection with a disproportionate assets case against him. The arrest came after three days of interrogation at Hyderabad's Dilkusha Guest House, where Mr Reddy will be held tonight.

Now corruption is not at all a political vendetta as my feel. People mindset is now every politician is corrupted. I don't think fall of congress government immediate. But once the election results out then definitely there will be a political movement. Congress High command predicted these conditions before itself. That's why they continued Our governor. But Jagan arrest will start eradating corruption then it will be good for society. I want to see complete free corrupted india.But I am in laughs when CBN talks about corruption. This corruption is more after CBN regime only. But due to government support he came out. Even he is not ready to face CBI enquiry. Everybody knows he taken stay from High Court regarding illegal assets. CBN started more corruption and in YSR regime it is peak.
