Jagan is under judiciary custody upto 11 June. He is going to chanchalguda jail as a prisoner

Judicial custody is where the accused is in the custody of Court (jail) and Police sutody is where the accused is given to the police station for enquiry.

హైదరాబాద్: వైయస్సార్ కాంగ్రెసు పార్టీ అధ్యక్షుడు, కడప పార్లమెంటు సభ్యుడు వైయస్ జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డికి నాంపల్లి ప్రత్యేక కోర్టులో సోమవారం చుక్కెదురయింది. ఆయన బెయిల్ పిటిషన్‌ను కోర్టు కొట్టి వేసింది. ఆదివారం సాయంత్రం జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డిని సిబిఐ అరెస్టు చేసిన విషయం తెలిసిందే. సోమవారం ఉదయం ఆయనను నాంపల్లి కోర్టులో హాజరుపరిచారు. అనంతరం జగన్ తరఫు న్యాయవాదులు, సిబిఐ తరఫు న్యాయవాదులు తమ వాదనలను వినిపించారు. అనంతరం కోర్టు సాయంత్రం నాలుగు గంటలకు తీర్పు చెప్పింది.

జగన్ బెయిల్ పిటిషన్ కొట్టి వేసింది. అతనికి జూన్ 11వ తేది వరకు(14 రోజులు) జ్యూడిషియల్ రిమాండ్ విధించింది. ఈ సందర్భంగా జగన్ కోర్టులో రెండు నిమిషాలు మాట్లాడారు. తనను ఎందుకు అరెస్టు చేశారో తనకు తెలియదని ఆయన జడ్జి ముందు వాపోయారు. ఈ కేసుతో తనకు ఎలాంటి సంబంధం లేదన్నారు. సిబిఐ అధికారులు అడిగిన అన్ని ప్రశ్నలకు తాను సమాధానం చెప్పానని అన్నారు. అయితే వారు అనుకున్న సమాధానాలు తాను ఇవ్వలేదని అన్నట్లుగా తెలుస్తోంది.

తాను ప్రచారంలో ఉండగా సమన్లు జారీ చేశారని, మూడు రోజుల పాటు సిబిఐకి తాను పూర్తిగా సహకరించానని చెప్పారు. తనను ఎందుకు అరెస్టు చేశారో అర్థం కావడం లేదన్నారు. సాక్షి మీడియాకు విలువ లేదా అని ఆయన ప్రశ్నించారు. ఇప్పటికే దేశంలో సాక్షి ఎనిమిదో స్థానంలో ఉందని చెప్పారు. సాక్షిలో రూ.300 షేర్ గొప్ప కాదా అన్నారు. ఈనాడు పత్రిక 100 షేరును రూ.5.28 లక్షలకు అమ్ముకుందని, అది తప్పనిపించడం లేదా అని ప్రశ్నించారు.

ఈనాడు సంస్థ రూ.1800 కోట్ల నష్టంలో ఉందన్నారు. సిబిఐ కేవలం ఒక కోణంలో మాత్రమే చూస్తుందని అన్నారు. కాగా సిబిఐ కస్టడీ పిటిషన్‌ను కోర్టు తిరస్కరించింది. దీంతో సిబిఐ తిరిగి మంగళవారం మళ్లీ కస్టడీ పిటిషన్ వేయనున్నారు. కోర్టులో ఆయనను ప్రత్యేక ఖైదీగా గుర్తించనున్నారు. మరికాసేపట్లో ఆయనను చంచల్‌గూడ జైలుకు తరలించనున్నారు. కాగా కోర్టు ఉత్తర్వులతో వైయస్ విజయమ్మ కంట తడి పెట్టారు.

Y.S.Jagan was allotted the cell no. 6093 in Chanchalguda. Apart from providing special room with the facilities of newspapers, television, mattress, blanket, pillows, half-litre milk, mosquito nets, chair and table, this special category prisoner cells allow the inmates to cook the food in the kitchen. He will be given more quantity of food as compared to ordinary inmates.  



The YSR Congress chief will be allowed to meet his family/friends/relatives twice in a week. He can stay alone in his cell or share the room with two other inmates. He will have to wake up at 5:30 in the morning along with other prisoners and can do his choice of workouts. 

Chanchalguda authorities were using the Old Hospital Block to accommodate the special category prisoners. Due to the lack of space, the heavy rush of high profile inmates is giving sleepless nights to prison officials. Jagan's presence till June 11 in the century old jail will only add to their misery!
