H4 Visa Payana Question

Ma friend last year h1 vachindhi...he is going to india for marriage and have his stamping.....He is also applying for H4 for his wife

 

So na question enti ante

 

Can they go at same time for stamping...I mean same counter....at same time.....

 

Should they fill separate DS-160 forms or same Ds..

 

Whats teh exact process.....please koncham urgent..
