1) do only when your mood prompts you, don't do it by getting mood after watching porn
2) and when you are doing it just before you get the ejaculation you would know that you are going to get it in next 3 or 4 strokes. Then think something totally irrelevant or something which makes your mood to go away. You can think of your boss or your problem in office or personal problem. Dont think deeply into it. Just to slow you down once you slow down then start to stroke again and it will prolong you for another minute. Then repeat it. It would help you prolong your period. Same goes right even if you are having real sex.
3) if you think its not working and your mood is totally off then you can do this just before you get the ejaculation you would know that you are going to get it in next 3 or 4 strokes, then stop and count 123. And do very slow squeezing stroke you can count 1,2,3 once you know your feeling of ejaculation is over then Then again do 5 or 6 fast strokes. Then again 3 very slow strokes by squeezing very hard. Repeat as needed.

By the above teqniques you can prolong the period of masturbation and avoid pre mature ejaculation.

If you are doing real sex then you can take it out and do some play like fore play and go back in.
