Hech 1 Bee meeda vunanu Full Time. 3. Naa Boss (Director) oka question adigadu 4. Nuvvu rendo job kuda cheyagalava ?? Which is under a Different Director in a Different Department. 5. Rendo job emo same Ippudu nenu work chestunna Non-Profit Organization lo ne. 6. Rendo job cheste they want to pay additional salary. Now My question is ; I know i cannot work on 2 jobs with a single H1B. Can my employer sponsor me another H1B and give me that second job Take it as part time (pay will be as per rules of H1B and they will adjust the rate so that i will get as same as in Full time) and still work on my first job and parallel with second job ?? The Both departments HRs are different ikkada... They operate completely Separate anuko.... Anduke... So aa adjustments not possible... Because money has to come from another department kabatti

Nenu right now have to answer that question to my Director ... Nenu maa vadiki chepte... Then Director will take care of that and He will put Pressure on them to check the rules... Nenu velte they might not show that much interest kada in digging and let me know as it is complicated.. anduke ikkada asking...

Like pay increase etc etc..
